Terms of use

• You must be 18 or over to use Compatible.
• One account per person, one partner per account.
• Your answers belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time.
• Compatible is not therapy, medical advice, or a diagnosis.
• Don't use the service to coerce, pressure, or monitor another person.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old. Date of birth is checked once at signup. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, it is removed.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, especially if you share a device. You can end your session on other devices from Settings at any time.

Answers, journal entries and check-ins remain yours. Compatible processes them only to run the service you asked for: computing mutual matches and generating your own guidance. They are not sold, and they are not used to advertise to you.

Do not attempt to obtain another person's unrevealed answers, automate access, disrupt the service, or use it to pressure a partner into anything. Accounts doing so are closed.

The service is provided as-is. Guidance is generated from general relationship-communication principles and your own inputs; it is not professional advice and no outcome is promised.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and the deletion cascades through your data. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
